Production facilities are located in Bari, more than 18 thousand.

Thermocold places great emphasis on quality control of its products. For these purposes, there are 4 climate chambers, 3 indoor stations for air surveys and 1 outdoor station for noise measurements. Noise data are processed in accordance with ISO 3744 and EUROVENT 8/1 standards. The performed inspections comply with the European standard UNI EN ISO 9001.

Thermocold's unique engineering staff allows us to manufacture the widest range of refrigeration machines of various designs and applications. In addition to standard roofs, KKB, water chillers and heat pumps, explosion-proof and marine equipment, rail and metro air conditioning systems, special projects are offered for regions with very cold climates.

CHILLER PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

The water cooling chiller includes a compressor, evaporator, condenser and flow regulator. The evaporated refrigerant enters the compressor. The controller atomizes the refrigerant and then cools or heats up. The cooler then repeats the cooling cycle.

Performance is a key feature of refrigeration chillers. The process change function with a heat pump in the project allows water to be heated.

Modern manufacturers offer coolers, the price of which depends on many factors:

By purpose

There are residential and industrial coolers. Apartment coolers are compact and used in offices, apartments, houses, cottages, cafes and more. For air conditioning. A semi-industrial cooler is often used in conjunction with fan coil assemblies, such a system is called a "cooler-fan coil". Commercial facilities have absorption and freon coolers. Advantages include compactness, energy efficiency, easy installation and maintenance.

The modular industrial cooler is of complex design and is used for cooling industrial and large premises.

According to design options

The coolers are divided into equipment according to the design possibilities:

  • with a remote condenser for working inside the building;
  • with an internal capacitor (monoblock) installed outside the building.

By type of cooling

  • absorption units with a thermochemical processor with low energy consumption and high productivity provide refrigeration and air conditioning;
  • air-cooled cooler with axial and centrifugal fans. The air cooler saves useful floor space;
